Track your steps

Tracking your daily steps is a great motivation. You are able to see how close you are to your goal and what it takes to get there.  Keeping track of your steps is a good way to monitor where you are and what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Most of us can add 1500 – 2000 steps in about 15 to 20 minutes.

Tracking activity time shows you how much time you have been active during your day and whether you need to make some adjustments. To make keeping track of your steps and activity time easy, we have included a fillable log for you to download for free. Simply download it to your computer and update each evening. There is also a tracking form where you can total each month and see your progress over several months or even a year. This form is also fillable and free. Note: If you prefer, you can print these forms and pencil in your daily numbers. Either way, progress inspires us to keep going, so write those numbers down.
